We specialize in new home construction, residential remodeling and light commercial construction.

The company was founded by Richard C. Anderson nearly twenty-five years ago. Rich still runs the company and is proud of the fact that the company has grown in clients served, project complexity and dollar volume. The company is based in Naperville, Illinois and serves DuPage County and the surrounding communities. We specialize in serving homeowners who need construction expertise, design assistance and general guidance for an addition to their home or for remodeling a portion of their home.

We work as your "Project Specific" General Contractor/Project Manager, furnishing the required permits, design assistance, rough carpentry, finish carpentry and cabinet installation manpower. Our work generally includes the requirements for products, along with electrical, plumbing, drywall, tiling and painting services - in short, the complete job.

Most of our clients are searching for a reasonably priced, professional builder who can understand their requirements and convert those requirements into a comprehensive plan and execute that plan to provide them with their new room addition, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel or a complete multi-room remodeling project. Some clients are simply searching for information on how to proceed with their construction project, within the scope of their budget.
